A successful website is about much more than attractive visuals - it's about supporting business objectives. Sage Plumbing & Heating Ltd had built a strong reputation over many years. However, as the business expanded its service offering, its name and online presence no longer reflected the full scope of what it delivered. The objective was clear: reposition the business to appeal to larger commercial clients, strengthen its professional image and create a platform capable of supporting future growth and commercial tender opportunities. Working closely with the client, I helped transform the business into Sage Facilities Ltd, delivering a complete website that reflects the company's broader capabilities and long-term ambitions. The project included:
The result is a modern, professional website that communicates trust, experience and capability from the very first visit. Rather than simply showcasing services, the website positions Sage Facilities as a reliable partner for commercial facilities management, plumbing, heating, drainage and landlord services. Live website: https://www.sagefacilities.co.uk Has your business evolved, but your branding hasn't?I help established businesses reposition themselves through strategic branding, website design and marketing that supports long-term growth.

INTRODUCTIONIn many industries, marketing is focused on attracting attention and generating enquiries. However, in the mobility sector, customers are often making important decisions that affect their independence, comfort and quality of life. Trust plays a vital role in that process. MD Mobility recognised the importance of providing helpful information and guidance to customers and their families before any purchasing decision is made. The goal was to move beyond traditional sales literature and create resources that would educate, reassure and support people as they explored their options. Watch the Project Overview: The ChallengeLike many businesses within the mobility sector, MD Mobility offers a wide range of products and services designed to support independent living. However, customers are often faced with a wealth of information and may be unsure where to begin. The challenge was to create a set of resources that would simplify the decision-making process while reinforcing MD Mobility's position as a trusted source of advice and expertise. The SolutionTo address this challenge, I designed two comprehensive customer guides:
The guides were carefully structured to balance useful information with strong branding, creating resources that feel informative, approachable and professional. The OutcomeThe finished guides provide MD Mobility with valuable tools that can be used in-store, during home visits, at events and within healthcare settings.
More importantly, they help establish credibility, build trust and demonstrate the knowledge and experience that sits behind the business. This project demonstrates how strategic design can support much more than sales. When used effectively, it can strengthen reputation, build confidence and help organisations become trusted advisors within their industry. Creating a successful event marketing campaign requires more than a single poster or social media graphic. Every touchpoint should work together to create a consistent and recognisable brand experience. For the Pure Elite Manchester 2026 event, the objective was to develop a coordinated suite of promotional assets that could be deployed across digital, print and event environments while maintaining a strong and unified visual identity. This project forms part of a long-standing creative partnership with Pure Elite. Since 2015, I have created marketing campaigns and promotional materials for four major Pure Elite fitness events every year, supporting the federation across print, digital, social media and event marketing channels. The result is a consistent visual approach that helps strengthen brand recognition, support event promotion and engage athletes, spectators and sponsors throughout the year... |
