North Stockton Primary Care Network

Building on the success of our work with Hartlepool & Stockton Health, we were approached by another local Primary Care Network to develop their brand identity. For North Stockton PCN, we designed a nature-inspired concept featuring three leaves, symbolising the unity of the three medical practices that make up the network. This design reflects both the collaborative spirit and the focus on holistic care within the community.
